1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Wealth Builder – Nasdaq Stockholm through our website.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to make a purchase.

2. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
When purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer agrees that payments will be charged automatically according to the price and billing frequency stated at the time of purchase.
3. Trading Signals – Subscription
Wealth Builder’s trading signals are offered as a recurring subscription.
Promotional offers may provide the first subscription period at a reduced price. After the promotional period, the subscription automatically continues at the regular price stated at the time of purchase.
For the offer “First month for 9 SEK”, the following applies:
First month: 9 SEK
Thereafter: 499 SEK per month
The subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment beyond the subscription period already started: when the subscription is cancelled, it ends automatically at the end of the same month.
Customers can cancel future renewals at any time through the Manage Subscription page on our website.
The applicable price, billing frequency and subscription terms are clearly displayed before the subscription is purchased.
4. Delivery of Trading Signals
We aim to provide a premium buy signal almost every Thursday. If our analysis does not identify a sufficiently strong buy signal, we may choose not to issue a new signal.
During exceptional market conditions, such as significant market declines, extreme volatility, war or other events that materially affect financial markets, we may also choose to refrain from taking new positions.
When a signal is issued, it is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
We may also issue cash-out signals, sell signals and other information relating to an existing position.
A subscription does not guarantee a specific number of buy or sell signals during any particular month.
5. The Book How to Become a Full-Time Day Trader
The book is sold as a physical printed book in Swedish.
The estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production, transportation or other circumstances beyond our control.
If both the book and trading signals are included in the same offer, the products are delivered separately: the trading signal service is provided digitally, while the physical book is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
6. Cancelling a Subscription
Cancelling a subscription and exercising the statutory right of withdrawal are two different things.
Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page on our website.
Unless otherwise stated in connection with your purchase, you will retain access to the service for the subscription period you have already paid for. After that period ends, the subscription will terminate and no further subscription payments will be charged.
7. Complaints and Defective Products
No right of withdrawal for print-on-demand (POD): Print-on-demand books are produced to order, in the edition and quantity you chose at the time of purchase. Under Chapter 2, Section 11(3) of the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), there is therefore no right of withdrawal.
Should the book unexpectedly have a printing defect, we will sort it out – contact us and state your order number.
Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation.
8. Trading, Risk and Investment Decisions
All information, analyses, buy and sell signals and other material provided by Wealth Builder – Nasdaq Stockholm are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The content does not constitute personalised investment advice or individual financial advice.

9. Accuracy and Availability of Information
We strive to ensure that information, market data and analyses are accurate and up to date. However, errors, delays, technical issues or interruptions in data feeds may occur.
Wealth Builder – Nasdaq Stockholm therefore does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free or available in real time.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
Material provided through the service, including buy and sell signals, analyses, texts, graphics and other members-only content, is intended for the customer’s personal use.
The material may not be copied, published, sold, forwarded, shared or otherwise distributed to individuals who do not have authorised access without the written permission of Wealth Builder – Nasdaq Stockholm.
Unauthorised distribution may result in termination of access to the service and, where there is a legal basis to do so, claims for compensation or other legal action.
11. Technical Issues and Availability
We aim to keep our website and digital services available without interruption, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, issues affecting third-party service providers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you have not received a signal or other information that you expected to receive, please check your spam or junk email folder before contacting us.
12. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary, for example due to changes to our services or applicable legislation.
For agreements already entered into, the terms applicable at the time of purchase will continue to apply unless otherwise required by law or the customer expressly agrees to a change.
14. Disputes
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the customer and Wealth Builder – Nasdaq Stockholm, consumers may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden – ARN).
